Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Who controls your data
The data controller for the Gems Cutter website and early-access list is APOLLO CORP GAMES, operating the Gems Cutter / Apollo Corp Games project.
Privacy contact: dev@apollo-corp-games.com
2. Data we collect
If you join the Gems Cutter early-access list, we collect your email address, the date and time of registration, the version of the consent notice you accepted, and limited campaign parameters such as UTM source, campaign and content when present.
We do not ask for your name, postal address, phone number or payment information on this landing page.
3. Why we use your email
We use your email only to send you information about Gems Cutter, including launch news, availability, testing or early-access opportunities, and closely related game updates.
The legal basis for these emails is your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel (dataset/pixel ID 999906446416640) to measure advertising performance and understand actions taken after a Meta advertisement. Meta may receive technical information such as browser/device data, page visits and advertising interaction data according to Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
The site records a PageView when the Pixel loads. When an early-access registration is successfully stored, the site also sends Meta a standard Lead event and related custom measurement events. Your email address is not sent to Meta by the code provided with this landing page.
5. Who receives the data
Your early-access email list is stored on the web hosting environment used for this website. Advertising measurement data may be processed by Meta Platforms and its service providers. We do not sell your early-access email address.
6. International transfers
Some service providers, including Meta, may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for the transfer mechanisms described in their own privacy documentation.
7. How long we keep your email
We keep your early-access email until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent, or until it is no longer reasonably needed for Gems Cutter launch and related early-access communications. The list should be reviewed periodically and deleted when it is no longer needed.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and obtain information about how your data is used.
To exercise your rights or withdraw your consent, contact dev@apollo-corp-games.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the early-access list. Access to the stored list should be restricted to authorised persons and the storage directory must not be publicly downloadable from the web.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the Gems Cutter website, services or data practices change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
